Baby settling guidance and support, for two children under four years of age.

This package is ideal for families who want to work on healthy sleep habits for two children at once, so the whole family can sleep soundly.

What you get:

• FREE fifteen-minute phone consultation where we discuss your little one's current sleep pattern or schedule
• A 90 minute video consultation 
• A detailed, age appropriate sleep plan for each child
• Nursery analysis 
• Three weeks of follow-up support

How it works:

After your initial phone consultation, we have a video consultation to discuss your children's sleep in detail.  

We sit down and talk through your current sleep routine. Then together we go through my detailed sleep plan for both of your children, including detailed instructions and guidance on how to handle night time sleep, night waking, and naptime. This is the first step to implementing good sleep habits for the whole family.

I also observe the baby's nursery/child's sleeping arrangement and provide tips and hints if any areas could be changed or improved to help your child sleep best.

Over the following three weeks, I check in with you to discuss each day's progress, and to answer any questions that may arise as you follow your customised sleep plan.

Once your consultation has been purchased, Richelle will be in contact to book at a time that suits you. Once your booking has been confirmed, if cancellation is made within 48 hours of consultation time, 50% of the purchase price will be forfeited.
