Since you've done this before, a refresher package is just that: a one hour phone consultation for us to discuss any changes to your little one's sleep habits, assess the challenges you're having since we were last in contact, and strategise the best way to get your little one back to a healthy, age-appropriate sleep routine.
Once we settle on a plan, you get a full week of follow up support to ensure the changes we've implemented are working, and to keep you on track through any little hiccups.

This service is for previous clients only, who are in need of a little extra advice. It is to discuss your child's sleep any time after they have completed a full package. Please note: all children are different, so new children do require a new package. Once we have had our phone call, you will commence the sleep changes within one week, to benefit from follow up support. If no changes are made after our conversation, I'll assume you don't need the follow up support.
Once your consultation has been purchased, Richelle will be in contact to book at a time that suits you. Once your booking has been confirmed, if cancellation is made within 48 hours of consultation time, 50% of the purchase price will be forfeited.
