Sleep Right Tonight Guide: The 2 Year Old Sleep Regression
Around the age of two, there are big changes happening with your little one's development. Maybe you’re toilet training, transitioning to a big kid bed, or welcoming a new baby into the family.
All these life changes can be disruptive to your child and cause major sleep disturbances. On top of this, your toddler needs less sleep as they get older. Newborns need 16 hours of sleep in a 24-hour period, but your toddler only needs about 12-14.
Most of those hours will now be happening at night and you might find your two-year-old showing more resistance to bedtime, or that they’re falling asleep later or waking earlier.
All of this means less downtime, and possibly less sleep, for you as the parent!
This ebook guide addresses just how parent's should deal with each of the situations, and gives you all the information you need to tackle sleep issues head on!
